ARCHEOLOGY OF LEAVES

(2018- Present)

Series of works inspired by the forms of nature. It involves actual leaves, found in the street. Some of them are broken, their parts are missing. Glued to paper, they resemble the archaeological artifacts which need to be reconstructed. Some works consist of interventions on the leaf surface, following their patterns, and some go further, reconstructing the missing leaf shape, often creating imaginative forms and patterns, offering the possible solutions of its development.
